to put in why I like the songs:

1. Great harmonica at the beginning, beautiful song, classic Bruce.
2. The whole song with the lyrics makes no sense, but who can forget "His hair was perfect..." and they played that during the movie The Color of Money.
3. Wow! This is a truly great song, the lyrics are beautiful, and the harmonica is sooo soothing.
4. This song has been done so many times! The lyrics and the music, they are all beautiful, it just shows us what we should do as people.
5. The absolute best introduction to a song! It`s probably Rick Danko`s best sung song. When I first heard this song, I played it ten times in a row!
6. Just a passionate song, especially the version in Warren Zevon`s last album, before he died, where you could here him singing "open up, open up for me" in the background.
7. Another great Bruce song, the song that made him famous. A great story with great music.
8. This song pumps me up so much, if you`ve seen Rocky 3, you`ll know what I mean.
9. This song is amazing, the lyrics, the music, especially "Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio?
A nation turns its lonely eyes to you
Ooo ooo ooo.

What`s that you say, Mrs. Robinson?
"Joltin` Joe has left and gone away"
Hey hey hey, hey hey hey"
10. Great song, so many versions, just a great song.

1. Eric Clapton - White Room: Best use of a wah wah peddal in any song ever. What an amazing guitar player.
2. Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter: Lots of emotion in this one, excellent guitar work as well.
3. Beatles - Eleanor Rigby: Probably one of the most original songs i`ve ever heard.

I read a lot of these lists, and frankly, I`m very disappointed in the amount of led zeppelin songs. I love zep, but if you have to put more than two songs by them on there, you shouldn`t be making a list.

1. Stairway to Heaven-Led Zeppelin: The only one that belongs
2. Queen-Bohemain Rhapsody
3. The Who-Won`t Get Fooled Again
4. The Beatles-Hey Jude
5. Bob Dylan-Like a Rolling Stone
6. The Rolling Stones-Sympathy for the Devil
7. Jimi Hendrix-Voodoo Child (Slight Return)
8. Pink Floyd-Echoes
9. The Doors-The End
10. Derek and the Dominoes-Layla

Other worthy songs-U2`s "One", Dream On, Smells Like Teen Spirit, Truckin`, Sweet Child of Mine, London Calling, China Grove.

1. Lateralus- Tool WOW WOW WOW u must download its only understood when listened to
2. Stairway to heaven- Led Zeppelin (wicked guitar solo, ignoring the previous satanic msgs in the song)
3. Schism- Tool very very catchy
4. Triad- Tool amazing instrumental song from tool
5. Master of the puppets- Metallica, very fast enjoyable song
6. Parabola- Tool, wierd video, wicked song
7. Communication breakdown- Led Zeppelin dududududu DA DA DA lol
8. Smells like teen spirit- Nirvana had to come in somewhere didnt it?
9. Love buzz- Nirvana, on the first album "bleach" check it out its cool,

About stairway to heaven, the wierd satanic msgs inside it (check on google if u dont belive me) and also the whole acousic flute thing in the start annoys me coz im not that patient with that slow kind of music, altho the guitar solo is amazing

Tool is amazing. listen to the song, start to finish to really experience it.
