Did it compliment the Beatles well, or were there a few artist who destroyed the essence of there songs. The movie itself was not too awesome. Too many literal interpretations of the Beatles songs made it completely trippy.

At first I was afraid that none of the songs would be done well and they'd ruin it. However, after listening to the soundtrack I surprisingly found myself liking many of the songs they did in the movie. Not all of them...but most of them.
