Yeah, we have. That is we've done school solo/ensemble. I got a I- on my solo, so I'm going on to district solo and ensemle. My ensemble got a II, but we're still going to district, because the other ensembles didn't do so good.
P.S.
My bad on "the other Just2Talk can only hold 99 posts." When I tried to post #100, it didn't work, But now it does.
Hey, people! I have solo ensemble in about a month. In jazz band we're playing the Mission Impossible theme and its really fun. Takes some getting used to though because its in 5/4 time. It snowed...again. Spring where are you?!?
I know, seriously. I don't like winter. Especially February, because all the snow turns to slush, and gets all brown. However, some started to melt today because we got up to 45 degrees.

Oh yeah, District Solo and Ensemble is March 5th for me.
Ive never seen or touched snow!!
Its too hot down here!
I made 2 superiors!!
one was on my level 5 solo(i know that may not be much to yall, but for 1 nad half years on bari its a big thing for an 8th grader!!)
my enseble (miracu;ously) made a superior too
Hapium Graveolentine's Day! (Happy Valentine's Day) How's everybody? I'm pretty good, but busy practicing my solos. My bassoon solo is very challenging but very fun.
Apium graveolens is latin for celery. One of my teachers at school is very creative. He put a stalk of celery and a rose on valentine's day cards and handed them out to us. He changed the words a little bit to say hapium graveolentine's day. Kinda weird but the rhyme inside the card is hilarious.
Yeah, it's pretty funny. I had a dream last night that I played the tuba. It was really strange. It's a miracle, it's raining here!Hopefully it won't get cold again and the snow will melt. So, how's tromboning for ya?
