I need the sheet music of this popular hymn tune. The tune is called West Wells. The Refrain is sung to - Before the hills in other stood... and the melody goes like this:

I have uploaded a simple, one-stave, score for this. It just has the melody and one harmony (NOT SATB) and chord symbols over the top. It's from 'The Real Classical Fake Book'. The forum admin need to approve it but, provided they do, you'll find it in my 'uploads' section.
