My honor band considered that peice for one of our concerts. I think it is a good peice, but it can get really boring sometimes. It is just the same thing over again basicaly. But that is only my opinion.
does anybody have the 1st trumpet part to fairest of the fair? because i have to play it in a parade on sunday and i dont have the music but i need to memorise it by tomorrow for the rehearsal.

Well, you're posting in a flute forum, in a thread that's more than a year old...While some of the members may have the various flute/piccolo parts, and there may even be a score or two out there among the members, there isn't much chance of us being able to provide you with a first trumpet part. Should anyone, on some off chance happen to have one, it may or may not work, because various editions of a piece can have some notable differences, and there's no guarantee that what you got would jive with what the rest of the group would be playing. Perhaps posting to a trumpet forum (more than a day before you have to have the music memorized) would yield better results.
