What? A nobleman can`t have a sense of humor? I think that it one of Galways best traits. People are far too serious now a days.

You are right Kara, too many flute players have no sense of humor and take themselves too seriously.

Yes, I can admit that I am guilty of that sometimes myself. I really thought that your flutist, flautist post was for real.
That is cute! Lol!

Thanks for the link Patrick. Very nice! It is great to have a man of talent with us.

I am going to be putting up my web page hopefully soon here. I am debating on posting it on here though when it is finished. I kind of like my privacy where people don`t know my real name. There is so much crap that happens over the Internet, it is kind of scary.

I especially like the "Hamburg" Sonata. That is such a beautiful piece.

You misunderstand my post. I`m just a little irritated by Galways attacking (humourously or otherwise) other`s "pomposity" when he accepted the title Sir from the Queen- a completely irrevelent "honour" in this day and age!

I can understand why a lot of flutist might be jealous of James Galway, it is sad that they have to put him down a lot of times in the process.

thanks for the kind words Kara, don`t be afraid to get your site out there, just use common sense, no home addresses or phone #`s, remember that the web has shrunk the globe, I can send people my site all over the world, it`s really amazing and has served me well, and no crazed groupies have stalked me yet
