Well all you can do is practice it really slowly over and over agin until you`ve mastered it then gradually speed it up to the speed it`s suposed to be. This really is the only way to master hard passages. Hmmm.....you could always record yourself playing slowly spped it up and then when you have to play it just hit the play button...LOL...if only

I found that using the 2nd octave fingerings for the Bb and Ab (overblowing of course) and then switching to the high fingering for the last three notes REAALLLLy helped me. try that and see what happens

Rex, that really is not the best of advice. That is cheating and will lead to intonation problems and others down the road. Me thinks not a good idea.

you could use harmonics as a last resort if you`re still really struggling with it when it comes to the time you have to perform it, but for now, practice it really slowly, and in dotted rhythms.. it`ll get there eventually

don`t overblow it, just learn it slowly as was suggested earlier

I have not really heard a difference when I use harmonic fingerings compared to the real fingerings. I have recorded passages both ways, and to tell the truth my intonation sounds fine either way. I would learn the correct fingerings yes...but when it come down to it, I do what performs better always. (I.e. Muczynski Sonata, Mvt. 1, Section 12, Last measure)

As one of my old band directors would say: "Repetition, repetition, repetition!" Take the earlier advice. Practice it slowly until your fingers become use to playing the notes, then start speeding it up. Just keep repeating over and over again until you get it right. An added suggestion would be to keep a nice, easy lyrical piece around to break up the cycle every once in a while though. It always helps.

Check your hand position. Your thumb on your right hand should be perpendicular to the flute and your hand and arm should create a relatively straight line on both hands so that your fingers can move faster. All of your fingers should be curved, and move only the bottom knuckle on each finger. Keep your fingers close to the keys for minimal movement.
