I believe there is an actual video game music site. I don't remember the site name, but I'd suggest using google or any other search engines. Hope this helps!
Actually come to think of it, any zelda music is cool, it makes no sense to me. Link has an ocarina which he plays the songs on. An Ocarina is....in...the winded instrument family, so you'd think it would be easy to find it for flute. But nooo...all for piano. I'd like to see Link lug around a piano while fighting monsters...
I've already been there, and they have nothing for flute in the Zelda section. It's piano. The whole thing about piano sheet music being the same as flute is not true. They are both very different.
They're not the same, but with some basic knowledge, it's pretty easy to pick the melody (which is probably what you're looking for) out of the piano parts. At that point, you can either read selectively from the piano parts, or rewrite it to make things a bit neater, leaving out anything you don't want to, or can't, play.
I see what your saying... But let's just say I have no talent for music at all(seriously not even kidding) so I HAVE to have sheetmusic that says "play these notes in this order for this song for flute" I do not have the ability to "find the tune and revise it to fit my instrument" Which is really sad because my life practicly revolves around music.
Well you know what the melody sounds like, right? Play the various lines and see if you don't recognize fragments of it (chances are for something like this it won't be split up too much). When you do, write down what note it was, or put it into your own notation program. Then you have it. Otherwise, you may not be able to find what you're looking for.
you could go to one of the posts that let people request music or start your own thread. I'm sure theres a thread that take flute music requests, but it could be dug in the second page or way under the stickys.
I highly doubt that the original poster still needs this music since it was posted almost a one year ago. Please be considerate and look at the dates before posting. Thanks
