I have a marching piccolo which I have been playing on for approx three years. However, in the last few weeks it has become nearly impossible to remain in tune and march due to the headjoint slippping in and out with every move. Does anyone have any advice as to how to keep the headjoint in place, or do I just need to take it to a repairman. The problem is we have a football game tomorrow....so any quick fix would be appreciated! Thanks.

Try putting a very small strip or packaging tape on the tenon of the headjoint. It will work hold you over until you can get it to a repair tech. Other may suggest plumbers tape, but I don't as I find it intolerable to work with and it makes a mess.
