Has anyone been to the Boxwood festival in Lunenburg, NS? I am thinking about applying for a bursary to go (the music teacher's association I belong to has a bursary for teachers private teachers under 40 to attend a seminar/ course, etc to improve themselves musically). Do you have to have a baroque, irish, etc flute to participate or can you just use your normal concert flute (I can afford to put out money for a nice wood flute yet)?

Based on the slide show on the Boxwood festival web site, some of the participants are using Boehm silver flutes.
