this is spencer again. today was district band auditions.....
I MADE IT!!!!! any way i am now looking to by a new flute that is at a professional level. my choices are Trevor James M2, the Pearl Quantz Coda, or the DiMedici 1131 RBS. I would get a C# trill key and a D# roller. so if you have any feedback on which flute you guys recommend, it would be greatly appretiated.
thank you. By the way i got 9th out of 57 flutes.
Now if you want to look for REAL professional line flute, you may want to start looking in the direction of something like...
Powell, Haynes, Miyazawa, Muramatsu, Nagahara, Altus and there are many otheres, I just named the top brands that came to mind. Pearl does also make a professional line.
I just wanted to say, "Way to go!" That's great! We had our District/Region tryouts this weekend too and I made it to Area (next stop State!) on both piccolo and flute but chose to go with pic. Congrats, again!
