After 6 months maternity leave my teacher is back.

My temporary teacher was also very good, but I missed my permanent teacher. We have started planning the work for the coming months:

- Siciliana (G. Faure)
- Haendel Sonata(s). Including the 367b Presto (though not so much presto for the time being)
- learning to memorize a piece (much needed!)
- (lots) of scales)
- improving sound quality, projection, tuning with embouchure/air exercises
- other piece(s) TBD

It is great that you have a teacher!! My last flute lesson was 4 years ago and I miss it so much... Where do you take flute lessons? Is there a music school in your town or is she a private teacher?

Dear jose luis,
These things are the life of a Flute player and then some.

"- learning to memorize a piece (much needed!)
- (lots) of scales....
- improving sound quality, projection, tuning with embouchure/air exercises"

The individual pieces are only the means of putting it all into experession.
but after all these years, I still find that the sound and projection thing is a kind of magical thing.
