I'm also 14. I play the saxophone, the flute, and the clarinet. I play them because I like the sound of the instruments, and I like playing music in general. I think thats what the creator of this topic wanted us to understand...they obviously like the flute a great deal and just wanted to rally some support from the other flutists here. But there is no "best instrument," nor a certain instrument that attracts a certain group of people. It just depends on what you like to play.
