Lopatin's toneholes are also square, while these have (from what i can tell) normal, round toneholes.

Hexagon keys over round tone hole means either some weird gaps around the pads, or those gaps filled with a fair bit more weight of metal. Not for me!

Not necessarily, The pads might still be round. Can't tell from the pictures what's underneath.

that is what I meant when I said Can't tell from the pictures what's underneath.

I can't imagine many repair technicians bothering with recovering or remaking hexagonal pads!
