I have a lesson today with Robert Stallman and i have had a fever all week which has left my lips super dry and my flute tone crappy. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help?

Awwww! You poor thing! You might try the Blistex and drinking a lot of water. The water will help your lips and make you feel better too.

The reason your lips are dry is because of the dehydration your sickness provoked.

The key is to drink LOTS of water (or liquids in general) but not at once. You must drink, say, a cup every hour, or half a cup every half hour. You'll be amazed on how quickly your health will be restablished and off course the hydration condition too.
