Hi, I wanna ask you: how can I blow with the vibration of my upper lip in the measures #24, #26, #32, #34 ; there is "flt" written there. Please help me. thanks.

"flt" must be flutter tonguing, you don't do it with vibrating lips, you do it with fast vibrating tongue! there are 2 ways to do it, one is by vibrating your throat, another is by vibrating the tip of your tongue. I find it vibrating the tip of your tongue sounds better.

I did it by saying "ter".."ler" real fast.

I couldn't do it at first with my tongue (I could only do it with my throat), then I found this teaching video from Taiwan
