Hi... I`m a flutist from the Toronto area in Canada and I`m looking for some recordings. Can anyone help me find these pieces?

P. Taffanel Andante Pastoral and Scherzettino
F. Poulenc Sonate

Try looking for recordings by James Galway, Jean Pierre Rampal or Paula Robison. Among the three of them, they probably have most of those pieces you want.

Julius Baker and Alain Marion have both recorded lovely versions of the Poulenc sonata.
Julius Baker in Recital - Volume 1. I am afraid I am not sure of the Alain Marion CD title.

William Bennett has a cd called Taffanel which has the Andante Pastoral and Scherzitino. I have just discovered this piece and fallen in love with it.

Let me know if you need more detail of the recordings.
