Hi everyone. I play the saxophone(my best), tuba, flute, recorder(haha), cello, and want to fix my shattered clarinet skills. Heres what happened: I walked in to school one day and thought "I want to have a little fun". So i grabbed a clarinet and began to play. But the sad thing is, i couldnt play it anymore. All icould do is squeak. So could someone reintroduce me to the clarinet? I still remember fingerings, but everything else i knew went bye bye. Thank you!

Well, I'm just guessing, but you might be putting too much mouthpiece in your mouth or overblowing. Try to exert different levels of pressure with your embouchure. Good luck

Your mouth just needs to adjust to the mouthpiece, don't worry, it will come back in time.
