Hello everyone. I am almost a senior in high school, as well as a somewhat advanced clarinetist. as a senior i am to chose a couple of outstanding solos to play for scholarships, auditions, msboa, and things of that nature.
If any of you more advanced clarinetists know of any REALLY good solos with piano accompanists, please reply asap? your help would be greatly appreciated.
If possible, please email any suggestions to dblxw@yahoo.com
Thanks again!!!
Here are some ideas of what I played in high school:
Saint-Saens Clarinet Sonata, 1st movt.
Mozart Clarinet Concerto, 2nd movt.
Weber Clarinet Concerto
Weber Clarinet Concertino
Finzi Five Bagatelles
Try looking at these and see what you think,
Good luck!
