try having someone else play on your clarinet or play someone elses to find out if you're having the issue or if it's the clarinet. if its the clarinet, i'd guess a leaking pad, but get a knowledgable person to take a look at it (repair person, for instance)

Take in more mouth piece and wedge it up against your teeth.

My director even says raising your eyebrows helps.

and from my experience I would have to agree with him.

Try taking in about a half-inch of mouthpiece; some learners take in way too little, making a stuffy sound and more likelihood of inaccuracy. Also, try not to apply pressure from your top teeth but let it rest gently on top of the mouthpiece.

well my band director suggested to always move up the mouth piece a little. and make sure no air is leaking out of the keys.
