IMSLP has thousands of classical music scores, and there's bound to be clarinet pieces that you will enjoy.

If you're looking for a solo on the Internet to play at a concert or for a contest, such as Solo/Ensemble, it is highly recommended that you go to a music store and buy some, as they have much higher quality music and a much wider selection.

Try writing your own music. Just get off the couch and turn off the Moonlighting re-runs and write YOUR OWN!

I'm so sick of hearing people beg for places to get music online. We are a new breed of lazy nowadays. Liszt and Paganini didn't cry to the forums when they didn't have something to play, they wrote their own.

I'm also sick of people wanting music for free, why because you are too cheap or the composers don't deserve your $3?

Phil has a fairly good idea for once. It's a good idea to write your own music, but not all musicians can be expected to write something challenging for themselves. I notice that beginners find it difficult to do so. Composing music SOMETIMES comes with the understanding of musical concepts.

As I said earlier, it's probably faster simply to buy a piece from your local music store, especially if you are planning to play music for an audition.

Well im looking for anything to practice on, like a song with a lot of eighth or sixteenth notes. Or a complicated rhythm, high notes, anything! Im not picky in music, as long as its there, i just need anything.

I'm not even sure that 16th notes even exist.

It's best to start with eighth notes.

Good luck!

ooops, my mistake. Whatever, what im trying to say is, that i need music that will help me improve, especially on tonguing, because its hard for me to double tongue. Don't think im not good at the clarinet, ive been on it for four years, so dont put me down so quickly, its just hard for me to explain things easily. And since we don't learn theory at our school its even harder for me. Know any songs that have high notes and has a fast tempo with almost no slurs in it?

16th notes do exist FYI. Ask your music teacher at school. If he/she is nothing like my band teacher you should hopefully get some help finding a challenging piece
