So im thinking of buying a Backun barrel for my R-13. Ive played on many of the barrels and i think they make my tone and tamber much better. What have some of you guys heard about the Backun products? i.e. bells, barrels, mouthpieces

I play using the Backun barrels. I find them very pleasant indeed. The cocobolo barrel produces an excellent sound especially in the upper register, the grenadilla barrel I do not favor as much but is a bit warmer I believe. It dpends on preferance. I recommend them.
