I got bored and I was looking at the LeBlanc Clarinets website, and in the specifications thing it said pad cup styles. There were Conical, Ronds Bombes (rounded). What`s the difference? I was just wondering. Also, about the body material, there were Aged Grenadilla wood, and Unstained Aged Grenadilla wood. Is that just for looks or does it help any or what? This is all out of curiousity so you know, whatever.

THe difference is the outer shape of the pad cup on the clarinet. Unstained wood is a higher grade, as grenadilla wood usually has to be dyed to look the dark colour it is, but better aged woods are dark enough to not need stain and they look better usually because you can see the pattern of the grenadilla more easily.
