sorry for my spelling im pretty angry
i need help playing the the middle b. everytime i play it it requires more air than other upper register notes and doesnt really play immidiatly like the notes right on top of it. reed? ligature? mouthpiece? clarinet?

you just need a stronger embouchure
make sure you flatten out your chin and tighten around the sides of your mouthpiece
other than that just keep putting the air in

it also could be that your clarinet is out of adjustment.
Many times on clarinets i've had in the shop the E/B pad hits before the F/C, leaving the F/C slightly opened - which gives the same response issues you mention.
One test is to press the key for the E/B and see if you can lightly push in the F/C cup itself.
of course, you could have a leak further up someplace too. Try A/B'ing your playing borrowing someone elses clarinet. This may give you a better indication if it is you or the clarinet.
