I would suggest slowing the passage down when you practice. Going from that A to that B is called going over the break, and it is very difficult to do when you start learning. If taking the passage slowly doesn't work at first, take the notes in pairs. Go from G to A many times to get used to "rocking" your index finger to the A key. Then go from A to B many MANY times so you can get used to putting down all of your fingers at once after having just your index finger on the A key. Then do B to C several times. Once you've practiced them enough, you can start to put them to together. Go slowly, gradually getting faster each time you practice it. After awhile, you ought to be able to play those eight notes from G to C fairly well.

Maybe I didn't make it clear enough. Take the notes slowly when you practice. Gradually increase the speed while you go through the passage each time. Eventually you will make it to whatever speed you are playing it at and be able to do it comfortably.
