if he begun early then its apossebility, most in Europe and aisia start Early like age 4.

yeah... I wonder how long he has been playing.
When you little you might not be able to cover all the holes because of small hands.
Maybe he started playingl like the recorder or piano or something when he was really little, so he could have picked up the clarinet easier.
