Hi everyone,
I just went to my music store to see what kinds of Clarinets they offered. They were all wooden, could someone tell me if any of these prices are pretty reasonable in a Clarinet?
Buffet E11 $1710.00
Yamaha Allegro $1360.00
Regency Student Clarinet $649.96
Yamaha 450N $1300.00
Leblanc Liberty $1059.00
Buffet R13 $2644.44
Thanks!!

you can check online stores for rough estimates (like wwbw.com) but keep in mind at a music store you get to test them, and they have more overhead costs to cover- you'll probably be paying a little more for convenience and such.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I checked wwbw.com and the E11 that is $1700.00 at my music store is $1000.00 at wwbw. Also, the one online comes with a stand and all the accessories.

Woah! The 8notes admin posted something....
Anyway I think those prices seem a bit high, but check out other local music shops too.

also keep in mind that often instruments ordered online might need to be adjusted to get them in good playing condition, which can be expensive. shipping can be troublesome to delicate stuff.
