a) for the record, in 3/8 time, there should be (oh wow) THREE eighth notes per measure. not 1. or 5.

b) the "Name That Tune" forum would be the proper place for posts of this sort.

Sounds like "When Johnny Comes Marchin' Home Again Hurrah Hurrah" But if it is its the wrong tempo!
