how to know it is a B flat clarinet? A clarinet or E flat clarinet? Is it a way to reconize it?

i dont know anything about a clarinet but the eb clarinet is smaller then the Bb clarinet. its really small. its the picollo to the clarinet

An A clarinet is about 1 1/2 in longer than a B flat. When you play a written C it sounds A a semitone lower than the B flat.

No - the alto clarinet is pitched in E flat a 5th below the standard B flat so is about 50% longer.
