except for the A fingering with the second octave key, i don't put down the thumb octave key. it isn't necessary

Thanks for the comments! I fixed those fingerings that mistakenly required both octave keys... and in response to flute and saxophone, my next instrument will be bassoon. The rest of the woodwinds will come later.
