Ok, I'm auditioning for The Hartt School of Music this coming winter on oboe(for the 2008 Fall semester) and chose for my audition:
Barret's Grand Study #2 (required- Etude From Barret or Ferling)
Bach's Sonata In G Minor (deciding if I want to do movement 1+2 or 2+3 - Required: Sonata By Handel, Bach, Telleman...etc.)
I was just wondering of your opinion of my choices. I like the Second Grand Study...I don't know why. If you auditioned there/were to, do you think that, overall, it's a decent selection of music?
