Do you sweat terribly when you play the oboe? I sweat a lot whenever I play... and I sweat even with the air-conditioning turned on... anyone out there with a similar problem?
It is a problem I've run into occasionally... but I think most of it for me is being claustrophobic and crammed into a tiny practice room with a piano. Maybe this has something to do with too much breath resistance... maybe try a lighter reed, or spread your teeth farther apart and pull your corners in. IDK. LOL.
