Hi,
There is a laval bassoon on ebay at the moment, it is going for $535 but will probably reach about $700. Is it worth while? The body isn`t to scale. Both wing joints are the same size, the bell is the same size as the joints. It is obvious that they will fit together properly if you saw the picture. The main problem is that I just bought a Pro Tec gig bag for my bassoon, and this bassoon clearly wouldn`t fit inside it!!!! Is it buying the Laval and then selling the Pro Tec case?

Thanks.

It is a "gentlemans" model bassoon. Meant to be smaller so your not lugging around such a huge case. I have heard bad things about these bassoons, they are made in china and are not what they are cracked up to be from what ive heard, just to let you know, beware.
