Hey! I was wondering if anybody could send me the Mozart Bassoon Concerto music (I think it's K191; I'm pretty sure it's the only one he wrote). I really love the song but I can't find the music! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Without wishing to be unkind I really wonder what is the point of this kind of post. There is no indication whether you want a score or the bassoon part or a piano reduction or what, and in any case K191 is available to purchase or to borrow almost anywhere you look and is content of at least two of the most commonly used tutors for bassoon. Nearly everyone I know who plays bassoon has at some point used the Langey Tutor, for instance, and it has transcriptions of the Mozart, the von Weber concerto and the von Weber Hungarian Rhapsody. Also, heaven knows how many places you could get it on the internet!
kind regards,
Crawford

This piece is standard bassoon repertroire and is available from any reputable music dealer.

Order it online from

www.jwpepper.com item #7909203
www.elkinmusic.com item #FH3108
www.mmimports.com

I doubt any bassoonist will be willing to give up his/her copy of the music, and it would be illegal to make copies. Search the internet or try one of these (among many other) sites.

I second the comment about photocopies.

Another source in N America would be www.trevcomusic.com

In UK www.juneemerson.co.uk

Why is it that most members of the forum are reluctant to give their names & where they live?

Do anyone know about the mozart "Sinfonia Concertante in E s. Maj. KV 297b for Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon and Horn" ? I'm looking for the sheetmusic, of course.

A good piece - the bassoon part not overly difficult.

Solo parts with piano accompaniment should be available from any of the dealers mentioned in earlier postings on this thread.
