I just learned to play bassoon and within a week i completed the book 1 and there are 3 weeks until I can play again will I forget all about the notes I learned cause I want to be in intermediate band not with basic well will I forget

if you just started 1 week ago, then chances are, you will. Same thing happened to me on clarinet, and bassoon fingerings are even more complex!
To help, try going over fingering in your head instead of counting sheep at night when you can't get to sleep, or fingering an imaginary bassoon when you get the chance, like when you are in the car, or watching TV.
