Does anyone else have the problem playing highnotes when u are nervous because i find it quite hard. I can play them fine in rehersals and on my own and in small performances i dont really understand it, can anyone help? Its not as if im not used to performing either because i do it quite often just i have this problem when i get nervous

just push harder into your face to insure that you hit it and there shouldn't be a problem

the problem with doing that is that if you are performing for a prolonged period of time, it may make it harder to play like that near the end as it hurts your lip.

I push as hard as I can for 8 hours a night... the more tired i get the harder i push and i can hit a quadruple c (the one four octaves above middle c in the staff) without any trouble at all. and my tone is nice and full too... the harder i push the better i play.
