I've been looking for one of those too. I looked on www.download.com and there were a lot of transcribing programs but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for.

The other thing I was looking for was a free midi to mp3 translater. The closest thing I got to was Midimeow but it didn't work on my computer

Speaking of Midi-Mp3,If you get the program Sibelius, it comes with Kontakt Gold or Silver which will save it as an mp3 and improve the quality of the instruments. Programs like Fruity Loops will also do this! Hope that helped.

That actually did help. I looked up fruity loops and will ask a friend to download it for me. (We have dial-up  .) Thanks!
