Hey boys & girls,
I'm looking for a system to play during the night without nobody hearing me  I know yamaha created it s line of silent brass system but it s quite expensive. Does somebody know an other brand as good but cheaper? In the other case I will buy yamaha's one.

I think I saw one in a magazine that was basically like a stethescope but with a mute and it was around $30ish. Try looking on musiciansfriend.com. Hope this helps.

Yes, the "Silent Brass" is pricey but you will be extremely happy with it!!!!! Stays in tune and you can plug in cd player and play along with accomp. if needed.
