okay heres the deal:
i want to be in a drum corps but i play saxophone. i want to try to switch to trumpet or something so i can try out. some people say i wouldnt even have a chance at making it. any suggestions? do i have a chance? and if so how should i make the switch?

please help
all advice accepted

ps. my favorite drum corps is phantom regiment
