Hello there.

Please excuse me if this is an inappropriate place to ask this question.

I inherited a 1954 Burbank-era custom Benge trumpet (SN#4351) when my father passed away. I'm ready to let it go, would like to sell it to help finance my own musical education, but have absolutely no idea of its' value.

I know very little about trumpet specifications; some informed advice would do me very well. The brass finish is in excellent condition, but there is very small dent in the bell (I'm certain it could be repaired). If there is any more information I can provide, please let me know as I'll check back here often.

Thanks a mint in advance!

I've been playing for 18 years but I can't tell you how much its worth but if you go to trumpetmaster.com and sign up as a new member someone there should be able to tell you. Its free to sign up. How much would you think about selling it for. I might be intrested if I saw a picture of it. My email is f250_4x4krzy@yahoo.com if you want to talk about it further. I am also a member of trumpetmaster.com as 1989trumpet. I too have a very old trumpet that I am trying to Identify. You can find my post under the subject old trumpet on trumpetmaster.com
