I don`t know. most good trumpet players (not all) are rather large people in general. I seems to help, but I don`t think playing makes them much bigger, unless you puff your cheeks like Armstrong did. I think that playing trumpet just makes us lazy in general and we all end up as fat old men without actual lives. MF is pretty big himself. I can`t wait to get old and fat!!!

no playing trumpet doesnt give you fat cheeks. i suppose if if your puff your cheeks it will stretch them abit but you`re not supposed to puff your checks anyway

no i have played for years and they are the same size as ever they only get fat if you puff them up so well dont
