Are there any existing Trumpet and Clarinet duets? I would like to use one for solo and ensemble it would be a senior on clarinet and a junior on trumpet. If anybody has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

But what about an existing trumpet duet with the clarinet taking one of the parts. Probably not much of a workout for the clarinettist (= more skilled of the two) and wouldn't necessarily sit in the clarinet's best register, but could sound OK nevertheless. I'm thinking along the lines of Bach's Sheep May Safely Graze.
Were you thinking of piano accompaniment or just the two instruments?
