Hi Nicola.......yes I play flugel and have done for about 15 years. Retired from brass bands but still play trumpet in a big band. However I still blow my flugel daily. I play a Bach Strad with a Denis Wick 2F mouthpiece

I play flugelhorn. It`s a great challenge and something new besides trumpet. I just played a great piece called "Spanish Steps" (no not the John Tesh version) by Steven Spiegel with my big band, a flugelhorn/trumpet feature.
