Hey that's cool! I got mine second hand so it was actually made by Mr Adler - Ironically the new ones made after his death are more expensive even though his own instruments are a bit better!
Mine badly needs servicing - My teacher says it sounds "agricultural" or like a "combine harvester" coz of the clicky keys! I love my bassoon though - glad someone else loves their Adler.
I've got all the same issues, plus one of the felt pad things fell off from the bottom of one key so that one really clicks, except it's a key I hardly use so it doesn't matter much. I've got the felt and will glue it back on when I get around to it.
