Are these all these publicities in the right up corner bullshit or is it fake? Because I won a !***** trip to florida but I'm paranoid that it's !***! and that they will steal my money.
If you actually won something you shouldn't have to pay ANYTHING to claim your prize. Don't go in for something that says you only have to pay $200 for fees, or handling, or anything like that. Those are come-ons.
And don't give any information, including Social Security number, account numbers of any kind, passwords to any of your sites, etc. This is an absolute no-no.
Ok that's what I thought. I've been scammed cause I gave my credit card number like a fool. I've never been to the US and I arrived in Austin Texas two weeks ago. I didn't know there were a lot of scams here. But I'm about to fix this. They only took 125$ on my account and I immediately blocked it. Now they can not take anymore money. I'm gonna get these 125$ back too cause I sent a cancellation letter in Priority Mail and emails to this !***** compagny and the proof of all my acts to my credit card compagny. I can't believe I felt into this sscam and I'm ashamed I thought it was true. Now I learned the lesson.
What a bummer! I hope you can get your money back. These internet scammers are big business, unfortunately, and now you see why. It is so easy to fool people, even people who normally wouldn't be taken in, so don't feel ashamed. It's happened thousands of times to people who are very experienced about business.
