Hi! New to this site. Glad I found it.
Basically, I LOVE to sing--loud and proud. I play in a heavy band where I often scream. Anyone know what I can do to take care of my voice so it doesn't die an early death? Seems to be strained lately.
I am:
White male, 38 yrs., healthy, ex-smoker (been 10 yrs. now), eat healthy diet & enjoy wine & beer w/ occasional liquor drink.
I KNOW!!! Booze is not good for the voice, but, ya know...gotta live right? hehehehehe...
