back to book club: I read the book "Phantom of the Opera" by Gaston Leroux. I can't decide if I like it better than the musical. Both of them require a separate appreciation. Oh, and hooray for double reeds!

I had to read two books for honors english
warriors don't cry and a seperate piece, neither of which I would reccomend. As for the twilight series, after I heard they were about wolves and vampires, I decided not to waste my money, even though I heard that they were great!

I read the twilight series. I didn`t like breaking dawn. I thought it shouldve went differently. If anyone hasn`t read them yet the are worth it though.

Okay, Luke doesn't get it, everyone says she is the strictest teacher, but really she isn't, I had her and she is one of my favorites. You just have to go to her class, Trust me I was terrified on the first day of school, but on the 2nd I couldn't wait to go back.

Okay, wait she is strict and that is good because the school year goes better when people listen.

(she only gave out like 5 demerit slips the whole year!)

*DEMERITS-things my school gives out as punishment, a green slip that goes home to parents and gets signed and comes back, often accompanied with sentences or detention, less often with suspension or wihdrawl.

demerits, why don't they just refer to them as detentions? lol, I hated detention, my old english teacher gave out at least twenty a day, and I never got one, even though she was nice enough, lol.

I remeber last year, I was in just about all honors classes during drama, with just about daily rehearsals from 3-9, plus all of the band stuff, it was he$$ in a hand basket

They call them demerits because not always do you get detetion with them, most of the time you just get like 3 demerits and your parents sign the paper and 3 demerits plus the offence go on your permanent record.

If you get 50 demerits in a semester you get kicked out of school.

Yeah Im reading the twilight series at the moment.
I just started the first book yesterday and im already sucked in :P
