Heck no! I've never done it, but I've inhaled smartie dust (not Canadian smarties)on accident, and it hurts. It doesn't make you high, though.

ive never done it, but ive seen ppl do it. i guess if you do it right you dont inhale it all the way and exhale it its like a puff of dust. but wutever....

we do this breathing gym in band... very hard to be serious about it. its kinda weird but it helps i guess.
