the pipe organ is the most complicated intrument to play corectly. the oboe is that hardest reed instrument. trombone is the hardest brass intrument. all fretless strings are about the same level of dificulty. the violin takes many many years to be able to play well because you have to develope corect bow tecnique and finger placement. guitar is not nearly as dificult

Oboe is the hardest reed.
Horn is harder than Trombone in my opinion.
I would say that all fretless strings are pretty difficult as well.

i can see why you would say that. french horn seems to be in it's own little world. it's totlay difrent that any other brass intrument so it's hard to compare to

trombones have an extremely high range. some profesinal trombone players can play in a five and six octive range. but so can a french horn and maybe a tuba(i'm not sure). just because they have a huge range dose not make them any easyer. i say trombone is the hardest because of it limitations by the slide. trombone players have an extremly hard time sluring, playing lagato, playing fast in general, tuning, trilling......french horns and tubas have their own complications aswel but not as many.

well since you asked witch is harder, the violin or the guitar, for me it was the guitar cause unlike violins it has six strings. and it was a bit harder than the violin, because i learned fingerings on the first week and got it right. and as for my guitar it took me 6 weeks.

I can't tell you the the violin is harder than the guitar because I've never played it but I think the violin is harder than paino and harp

Violin is harder than guitar, hands down.
Woodwinds, its gotta be oboe.
Brass, well trombone is actually overated it terms of difficulty. I find trombone much much easier to play than french horn. The slide is no biggy, fast passages are easier than what people expect. Where as french horns, you can pretty much play a scale in one fingering mode, the pitching is that extreme.
Strings are all extremely difficult, more so than wind or brass. I have played violin, viola, double bass and am now focusing on cello only, and I can tell you they're all extremely hard.
Although cello is the best out of the bunch best range of notes, emotions, timbres... oh everything...

i agree, chello is the best string intrument. i guessi would say that a French horn and a trombone would be about even in dificulty, but in different ways.

i guess i agree with that. but i have to say, the easiest instrument may be the flute! once u learn to blow into it it's fairly easy.
