Hello we're new here!

Ok we already have the music but need to change it so its in our voice range. Right now its too low to sing for us. So how do you transcribe a song you know you can sing the notes to so its not too high or too low?

Sorry if this is confusing....

Find the lowest note in the piece and decide what note you want that to be.
(Example lets say the lowest note is C and you want it to be the F above it).
Since F is a 4th above C you will want to re-write everything up a fourth.
As far as the key signature goes, same thing - since you are going up a 4th change your key signature (if it is in the key of C now it will have the key signature of F, or 1 flat). If the key signature has two sharps it will now have only 1 sharp.
